Henkel is a global brand encompassing a huge breadth of innovative products such as Dylon, PrittStick and Persil. Legally all companies over 250 employees must create and publish an annual Gender Pay Gap report and that is where Henkel asked for our help.

What we did

Working within Henkel’s comprehensive brand guidelines and the content and data that they supplied, we designed an easy to read and visually appealing report. It uses engaging photography and infographics to bring the report to life for use both on and offline.
